For those of you who don't know what indie games are. They are basically low budget games made usually out of peoples spare time. Sometimes using bigger programming languages like C++ but sometimes use smaller ones, like DarkBASIC PRO, and Blitz3D.

Mod is short for modification. This is where you change a game. Sometimes making it completely different and sometimes just changing it abit. These are usually created for retail games like Counter Strike: Source and Unreal Tournament 2004.
